Insight to Wellbeing is a 10-week group hosted by The Insight Alliance. This program uncovers the resilience and innate mental health all human beings already have inside them. It teaches a simple understanding of how our feelings, experiences, attitudes, and state of mind work, and how this simple truth enables people to thrive no matter their circumstances. The goals of the group are for you to realize for YOURSELF that the mind works only one way - 100% inside out. It is not events, circumstances or people that create our ups and downs, rather it is our own thoughts that give us our experiences of life moment to moment. And, that wellbeing is natural. You do not need fixing. When we see this for ourselves we can more easily access our internal resources in all situations. This means we can overcome: addictions / habits / compulsive behavior / destructive thinking / mental health issues and depression. Attendance at all 10-weeks is highly encouraged.
