Mindfulness-Based Meditation group

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely
This group will provide a space for individuals interested in deepening their meditation practice within a supportive recovery sangha (community). Practicing meditation with a sangha can promote consistency with our individual home practice and enhance our inner sight (insight) by sharing our direct and present experience internal with others. The facilitator will guide meditation practices, and participants will also have the opportunity to guide meditations for the group. After meditation sessions, the group will debrief about what they noticed during their practice. Meditations practiced in this group will follow the most recent topic discussed in the Mindfulness-Based Recovery Group, however, participation in the Mindfulness-Based Recovery Group is not required to attend this group.
This group is for anyone in recovery interested in developing a meditation practice. No prior experience with mediation is required. All are welcome!
